On Tuesday, Oct. 4, the Timberline Cross Country team traveled to Potlatch to compete. Both the junior high girls ran sub-ten minute mile paces for one of their best runs of the year. Alyssa Stewart placed 18th with a time of 18:09 on the two mile course. Stephanie Mendez placed 20th with a time of 19:03. 

The high school boys who are vying for a chance to earn a state berth also ran well. Gabe Skinner paced the Spartans by earning 11th place in a time of 20:48. Kyd Bonner was right behind in 12th place with a time of 20:54. Justice Richardson was our third runner at 21st place with a time of 22:10. Our freshman, Devyn Sparrow placed 27th with a time of 22:30. Wyatt Traylor placed 33rd with a time of 23:18. Finally, Isaiah Wisher placed 52nd with a time of 28:35.
