The Maniacs beat the Kamiah Kubs in a 2A District I-II softball tournament opener Wednesday, May 8 played on the Maniacs’ home field.

Orofino’s pitcher Kaycee Hudson pitched a three-inning no-hitter, recording six strikeouts and not allowing any hits or walks, with a final score of 15-0

The Maniacs (8-6) received several walks and seven hits. Jenna Johnson hit two singles.
