Despite the wintery conditions the Orofino/Pierce Gun Club has moved into fifth place in the Camas Prairie 10 Week Shoot.

The Junior shooters from the club have also moved up to fifth place and are starting to show signs of overcoming the slow start to their season.

The club was one of the two teams to post a perfect 75 on Sunday, along with their competitors from Grangeville, and sit four birds off of the league leading club from Wallace/Kellogg.

With just four weeks left in the competition the club has to shoot perfect scores the rest of the season if they want to finish in a top position in the competition.

The Orofino/Pierce Gun Club would like to invite all area shooters to come join them in the upcoming registered shoot scheduled for March 7. This will be a 300 bird event shooting singles, handicap, and doubles. We hope to see our friends from the other clubs come enjoy a day of shooting.
