The Grangeville Bulldogs beat the Lady Maniacs Tuesday, Feb. 11, at Clearwater Valley High School, Kooskia, 49-24, in the opener of a best-of-three series for the girls’ championship of the Idaho 2A District I-II prep girls’ basketball playoffs.

Orofino has six healthy players on their roster now. The injury-struck team had been battling with only five players. Game two is set for Wednesday, 6 p.m., at Kooskia.
