The Lewis-Clark Early Childhood Program Weippe Center went on a walking field trip to see what kind of buildings they could find in Weippe. Pool Tournament

Wednesday, Jan. 9 there were 11 players at the Elkhorn pool tournament. Troy Manz came in first, Ted Smith second and Carlye Cahala third. Last Wednesday, Jan. 16, there were 13 players. Ronnie Smith was first, Buck Jared second, Melvin Carlyle third.

Senior Center

Menu this Thursday, Jan. 24 at the Senior Center will be a hot turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy, a vegetable and cranberries. Monday, Jan. 28 the menu will be turkey pot pie, salad and fruit.


There are still openings for the Junior First LEGO League at the library. Sign up at the library, this starts Tuesday, Feb. 5 and goes until Tuesday, March 19. The LEGO League is for first, second, and third grades. More info can be obtained at the library 208 435-4058.

Hilltop Museum

The Museum is hosting Bunko at the Museum, starting Monday, Jan. 28 at 11 a.m. Sally says,

“Bring yourself and some snacks to share and have a great time, visiting, laughing, munching on snacks. If you do not know how to play that is ok, we will teach you, it is very simple if you can add and roll the dice. Hope to see you on Monday at the Museum at 11a.m.”
