The Fair Board is developing multiple contingency plans, should they be needed to comply with any governmental orders that may be in place at the time of the Clearwater County Fair, set for Sept. 16-20, 2020. The public health of our community is a priority focus for this event.

Please be aware that modifications may be made through the coming months to address any concerns. Even in this time of uncertainty, we are working hard to support our 4-H youth programs, event partners, vendors, and community participants.

As a vendor, or for booth rentals at our event, we ask that you carefully consider what plans you will have in place to assure the safety of you, your staff and the public during the Clearwater County Fair. This could include but is not limited to such practices as Sneeze Sheilds, no public contact, hand sanitization, masks and no cash sales.

At this time we have no additional requirements for vendors or booth rental, but considering the uncertainty of the times, we may need to put those in place in order to still conduct the fair.

For booth rental, please contact Cynthia Hedden at 208 827-2429.
