Avista is performing infrastructure upgrades to their electrical distribution system serving Elk River and the surrounding area.
Approximately 254 customers will experience a disruption in service starting at 10 p.m. on July 11 and ending at 4 a.m. on July 12. Customers who will be impacted by the outage will be notified.
As crews progress with their work, certain areas of Highway 8 will be reduced to one lane. Traffic control will be in place.
