Additionally, the public should be aware that a portion of U.S. Highway 12 near Greer is limited to one lane with a pilot car for public safety due to wildfire. The MM 49 fire, currently being managed by a Type 2 Incident Management Team as part of the Sunnyside Complex of fires, is actively burning in the area.
