Clearwater County Planning and Zoning (P&Z) Commission will hold an open public hearing on Wednesday, Oct. 21, at 6 p.m., in Courtroom 1 located in the Clearwater County Courthouse, 150 Michigan Avenue, in Orofino.

Oral testimony will be received at the open hearing. Speakers may be limited to five minutes and may not relinquish their time.

A Zoning Variance request (ZV20200102) by John Bradbury to vary lot width and lot depth from 250 feet and vary lot area from 5.00 acres as required by Clearwater County Zoning Ordinance 35B Section 404.3 to no less than 95 feet and to no less than 4.00 acres.

This property, zoned F-1 the Low Density Rural District, is located in Section 14, Township 38 North, Range 5 East, known as the Y Landing and abandoned railroad near Headquarters off of Scofield Road, a Pierce address in Clearwater County, ID.

A Zoning Variance request (ZV20200110) by Sean and Ashley Diffin to vary the front setback from twenty feet as required by Clearwater County Zoning Ordinance 35B Section408.4.a to no less than eight feet.

This property, zoned R-2 the Medium-High Density Residential District, is located in Section 3, township 36 North, Range 1 East, at 119 Randall Drive, an Orofino address in Clearwater County, ID. This property is located within the Orofino Area of City Impact.

Clearwater County Planning and Zoning Commission, as recommending board, will make a recommendation for the below Action Items:

A Class S Subdivision request (SD20200103) by John Bradbury to divide approximately 14.04 acres into three lots: Lot A would measure 4.68 acres, Lot B 4.68 acres, Lot C 4.68 acres.

This property, zoned F-1 the Low Density Rural District, is located in Section 14, Township 38 North, Range 5 East, known as the Y Landing and abandoned railroad near Headquarters off of Scofield Road, a Pierce address in Clearwater County, ID.

A Zoning Conditional Use request (ZC20200109) by Mark and Jennifer Fowler to allow a commercial recreation facility.

This property, zoned F-1 the Low Density Rural District, is located in Section 21, Township 36 North, Range 3 East, at 396 Hidden Springs Lane, an Orofino address in Clearwater County, ID.

The Commission will revisit the Land Use Ordinance and Commission By-Laws under legal review.
