Clearwater County Planning and Zoning (P&Z) Commission will hold an open public hearing on Wednesday, April 21, at 6 p.m., in Courtroom I located in the Clearwater County Courthouse, 150 Michigan Avenue in Orofino.

Clearwater County P&Z Commission, as governing board, will decide for the following Action Item:

A Zoning Variance request by Daniel Goodrich to vary lot areas from 5.00 acres as required by Clearwater County Zoning Ordinance 35B Section 404.3 to no less than 3.00 acres. This property, zoned F-1 the Low Density Rural District, is located in Section 21, Township 38 North, Range 2 East, adjacent to the Marina Subdivision and Holiday Hills Estates off of Old Dent Road, an Orofino address in Clearwater County.

Oral testimony will be receive at the open hearing. Speakers may be limited to five minutes and may not relinquish their time.
