Dear Editor:

This letter is to thank Kenny Miller for helping out the Clearwater County Road Department with the snow plowing during the recent storms. Jim Franklin and I take care of the Grangemont area and at times, it does get overwhelming. While plowing Johnson Mill Road the other day, I met Kenny in his own grader. He told me if it snowed again that night to not worry about Johnson Mill Road that he would plow it and he did.

I think it’s too bad that more people, especially in the Cavendish area, and you know who you are, don’t have this same helpfulness but instead name call and complain! Years ago, when I started, the people who had equipment helped with the clearing off of the roads in the winter time.

Be part of the solution, not the problem.

So, a big Thank You to Kenny for the help. It was greatly appreciated! Also, Thank You to Carol Ponozzo for the recent letter to the editor. Believe me, we don’t get many of those.
