The community and students in grades 4-12 are invited to attend a FREE Movement & Mobility Seminar at the Orofino Junior High School gym on Friday, Oct. 25, 6 – 8 p.m.

Movement and mobility is key to improve performance in all areas: sports, recreation, and daily life.

This is an educational hands-on seminar. Participants are asked to dress in loose comfortable clothing.

Participants will learn how to improve flexibility and mobility through engaging physical activities.

The Movement & Mobility Seminar will be presented by Bert Sims, Orofino High School Alum and University of Idaho graduate. Be prepared to experience improvement in your flexibility and mobility, as well as, your overall fitness.
