Ernest Burnett of Headquarters, as complaining witness against G. Cram, Pierce, alleges that on the evening of Nov. 20 Cram threw a beer bottle at the Burnett car and also struck with his fist, Burnett’s son, Carl Stephens, and was otherwise indecent in front of Burnett’s wife and family.
Cram appeared before H. K. Brundage, justice of the peace, and was released under a $100 bond to reappear in justice court Dec. 5 at 10 a.m.
The complaint stated the incident took place one mile east of Orofino on Highway 9.
Joe Doe warrants have been issued for two other men reported to be with Cram at the time. *
Cases in police court this week included R. B. Madison, Coeur d’ Alene who was arraigned and plead guilty to a charge of drunk and disorderly and was fined $15.
James Wren, Lewiston, forfeited a $15 bond for being drunk and disorderly. Also fined $15 on a drunk and disorderly charge was Fraz Wanhaaho.
