Clearwater County Planning and Zoning (P&Z) Commission will hold an open public hearing on Wednesday, July 21, at 6 p.m., in Courtroom 1 located in the Clearwater County Courthouse, 150 Michigan Avenue in Orofino.

Clearwater County P&Z Commission, as governing board, will decide for the below agenda action items:

A Zoning Variance request (ZV20210055) by Gene and Vickie Greiner to vary the front setback from 20 feet from the property line as required by Clearwater County Zoning Ordinance 35B Section 408.4 to no less than two feet from the property line.

This property, zoned R-2 the Medium-High Density Residential District, is located in Section 3, Township 36 North, Range 1 East, at 13511 Fremont Ave., an Orofino address in Clearwater County, within the Orofino Area of City Impact.

A Zoning Variance request (ZV20210057) by Norman and Sharon Baugh to vary lot width and lot depth from 250 feet and vary lot area from 5.00 acres as required by Clearwater County Zoning Ordinance 35B Section 404.3 to less than 250 feet and to no less than 1.28 acres.

This property, zoned F-1 the Low Density Rural District, is located in Section 24, Township 37 North, Range 2 East, at 5534 Grangemont Road, an Orofino address in Clearwater County.

A Zoning Variance request (ZV20210059) by Mark and Lisa Ponozzo to vary the front setback from 50 feet from the centerline of the road as required by Clearwater County Zoning Ordinance 35B Section 404.4 to no less than 35 feet from the centerline of the road.

This property, zoned F-1 the Low Density Rural district, is located in section 11, Township 36 North, Range 2 East, at 2056 Harmony Heights Loop, an Orofino address in Clearwater County.

Oral testimony will be received at the open hearing. Speakers may be limited to five minutes and may not relinquish their time.
