Road & Bridge Supervisor Rudy Knapik presented two Federal-aid projects from LHTAC for Progress Reports 6 & 7 Agreements on Old Ahsahka Grade at the Aug. 23 Board of Clearwater County Commissioners’ meeting. The Board approved and signed the Agreements.

Coroner Rick Miller presented the Agreement for Medical Examiner Services between Spokane County and Clearwater County. The Board approved and signed the Agreement.

Sheriff Chris Goetz presented the M2 Addendum 2 for installing Key Card Access to doors around the Courthouse premises. The Board approved and signed the Addendum.

The Board approved and signed expense and payroll claims.

August 2021 expense claims were approved and ordered to be paid in the following amounts: Current Expense-$618,647.02; Road & Bridge-$67,097.06; Ambulance-$13,617.65; Justice-$30,139.55; Interlock & Electronic Monitor-$132.00; Drug Court-$2,020.29; Social Services-$16,516.22; Revaluation-$1,100.26; Enhanced 911-$2,460.57; Solid Waste-$51,182.53; Weeds-$127.35; Waterways-$2,109.76; Odyssey Trust -$23.00. Total expenses for August $205,173.26.

There were five executive sessions held to discuss indigents and personnel that are exempt from disclosure. Present were Chairman Rick Winkel and Commissioners Mike Ryan and Vince Frazier.
