North Fork District Ranger Andrew Skowlund met with the Board of Clearwater County Commissioners at their March 25 meeting to give an update. The Board was given a map on the current and future project areas. The projects are timber sale projects and landscape burn projects.

The Board approved the Annual Notices to be published in the Clearwater Tribune.

Treasurer Dawn Erlewine met with the Board to discuss the Tax Deed Auction. The Board approved the date of April 29th at 10:00 a.m. to have the Auction.

Clerk Carrie Bird presented for review the Management’s Discussion and Analysis for the FY 2018 audit. The fund balances were reviewed. The Board approved the changes and thanked Bird for her work on the Management’s Discussion and Analysis.

The Board accepted the Management’s Discussion and Analysis as presented by Clerk Bird.

The Board approved and signed expense and payroll claims.

There were four executive sessions held to discuss indigents and personnel that are exempt from disclosure. Present were Chairman Rick Winkel and Commissioner Mike Ryan and Commissioner John Smith was absent.
