The Clearwater County Board of Equalization (BOE) took testimony from the applicants and appraisers.

The BOE unanimously voted to take the information under advisement to allow time for reviewing findings and testimony.

The Board of Clearwater County Commissioners convened as the Board of Equalization (BOE) to hold a public hearing to take evidence on the valuation protest on RP37N03E277802A, RP35N02E116601A, RP34N04E094100A, RP38N01W277211A, RP35N04E142450A, RP35N04E310001A, RPA0625001007AA, LR35N04E325400A, RP35N04E325400A, RP35N02E124100A and RPA0950014021BA.

The Board approved and signed the Findings of Facts for the P&Z decision on Class C Subdivision for PotlatchDeltic and Lot Line Adjustment for A V Living Trust c/o Carl Groseclose and Verla Groseclose.

Sheriff Goetz presented the Resolution No. 18-07-09 for Surplus Property Equipment for E911.

The Board approved the motion to pass Resolution No. 18-07-09 declaring surplus items to be disposed of.

The Board approved and signed expense and payroll claims.

There were two executive sessions held to discuss indigents and personnel that are exempt from disclosure.

Present were Chairman Don Ebert and Commissioners John Smith and Rick Winkel.
