During the April 29 meeting, the Board of Clearwater County Commissioners canceled the tax deed auction that was supposed to be held as an open public auction on the two tax deeded properties that were advertised for sale.

The Board approved and signed the Enviro Flex Pollution Liability Insurance Application that was completed by HUB International Insurance (https://www.hubinternational.com/), represented by Trisha Fletcher.

The Board approved to accept Poe Asphalt bid for Upper Fords Creek Road Project.

The Board approved and signed expense claims.

Salary claims for the period of 3/24/19-4/20/19 were approved and paid in the following amounts: Current Expense-$76,517.38; Road and Bridge-$35,242.92; Ambulance-$16,792.33; Consolidated Elections-$809.59; Court-$13,701.98; Justice Sheriff-$76,725.23; Justice Jail-$26,462.94; Justice Prosecuting Attorney-$19,889.98; Drug Court-$2,279.69; Social Services-$3,131.20; Parks & Rec Maintenance-$281.52; Revaluation-$9,201.94; E-911-$3,328.00; Solid Waste-$13,935.87; Solid Waste-Timberline-$3,701.36; Weed Control-$3,709.80; Waterways-$3,545.60; Disaster 17-$0. Total payroll expenses were $309,257.33.

There were three executive sessions held to discuss indigents and personnel that are exempt from disclosure. Present were Chairman Rick Winkel and Commissioners John Smith and Mike Ryan.
