The Board of Clearwater County Commissioners reviewed and approved the liquor license renewals for Mary Ann’s Groceries, Oasis, China Palace, Gold Rush Saloon, Riverside Lanes, Elk River Lodge & General Store and The Shot Glass Bar at their Jan. 13 meeting.

The Board approved Cancellation Apportionment for the amount of $173.58 and $1,575.84.

Planning & Zoning update with Bobbi Kaufman. There will be P&Z Hearing on Wednesday, Jan. 15 for Conditional Use Permit.

The Board approved and signed expense/payroll claims.

Dec./Jan. 2020 expense claims were approved and ordered to be paid in the following amounts: Current Expense-$61,309.43; Road & Bridge-$38,812.81; Ambulance-$14,801.34; District Court-$1,811.61; Consolidated Elections-$795.97; Justice Fund-$78,526.19; Drug Court-$1,149.76; Health District-$16,804.25; Social Services-$19,873.72; Parks and Recreation-$74.05; Revaluation-$780.00; Enhanced 911-$18,079.89; Solid Waste-$86,944.68; Current Expense Tort-$36,665.35; Weeds-$1,314.71; Waterways-$1,124.41; Dent Bridge Trust-$44.74; Insurance & Grants-$3,738.83; DMV Trust-$16.35; Disaster Declaration-$1,950.00; Odyssey Court Trust-$3,984.21. Total expenses for December/January were $388,602.33.

There were six executive sessions held to discuss indigents and personnel that are exempt from disclosure. Present were Chairman Rick Winkel and Commissioners Mike Ryan and John Smith.
