The Board of Clearwater County Commissioners approved and signed the Memorandum of Agreement for the Fiber Optic Network Project among the Counties at their Sept. 4 meeting.
A Planning & Zoning update was given by Bobbi Kaufman. There was a public hearing on Sept. 10.
The Board met with the EMT’S to discuss the happenings in the Ambulance Department.
The Board approved by consensus to sign a Certificate of Residency for a student attending a community college.
The Board approved and signed expense claims.
Salary claims for the period of 7/15-7/28/2018-8/25/2018 were approved and paid in the following amounts: Current Expense-$112,659.37; Road and Bridge-$32,616.68; Ambulance-$25,393.32; Consolidated Elections-$0; Court-$18,433.61; Justice Sheriff-$106,034.82; Justice Jail-$32,063.79; Justice Prosecuting Attorney-$27,062.83; Drug Court-$2,984.96; Social Services-$4,492.80; Parks & Rec Maintenance-$408.10; Revaluation-$10,261.64; E-911-$0; Solid Waste-$19,300.12; Solid Waste-Timberline-$5,792.89; Weed Control-$6,095.25; Waterways-$10,200.00; Disaster 17-$25,020.82. Total payroll expenses were $438,821.00.
