The Board of County Commissioners of Clearwater County, as governing board, will hold an open public hearing on Monday, Sept. 16, at 11 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Office located in the Clearwater County Courthouse, 150 Michigan Avenue, in Orofino, for final decisions on the following Action Items:
A Class C Subdivision request by PotlatchDeltic Land and Lumber, LLC, to divide approximately 41.36 acres into four lots: Lot A would measure 11.86 acres, Lot B would measure 11.92 acres, Lot C would be 9.64 acres, and Lot D to have 8.21 acres.
This property, zoned F-1 the Low Density Rural District, is located in Sections 23 and 24, Township 36 North, Range 3 East, off of Upper Fords Creek Road, near Hilltop Lane, Orofino addresses in Clearwater County.
The Clearwater County Planning and Zoning Commission, as recommending board, approved Class C Subdivision request SD20190069 at their Aug. 21 open public hearing.
A boundary lot line adjustment request by Craig Kernan and Roger Kinyon to adjust the lines of Lot 30 and Lot 34 as shown on the recorded plat of Elk Meadows Subdivision following the process outlined in CCSO Article II § B: Subdivision.
This property zoned F-1, the Low Density Rural District, is located in Section 3, Township 37 North, Range 1 East, at 395 Aspen Lane and 476 Aspen Lane, Lenore addresses in Clearwater County.
