Clearwater County Clerk Carrie Bird presented the Official Canvass of Ballots from the May 19 election at the Board of Clearwater County Commissioners June 8 meeting. The results were reviewed. The Board approved the Official Canvass of Ballots.
GIS Kim Burger presented a Request for Road Name for the owners of Pataha Point Subdivision. The owners are Eugene and Denise Metz, Gary Wemhoff, Lonnie and Kimberly Ells and David and Shelly Henderson. They are requesting a name of Timber Ridge Drive.
The Board approved and signed the Request for Road Name.
Tom Luper and Scott Taylor from Presnell Gage, PLLC presented the Clearwater Financial Statements for the year ended Sept. 30, 2019. The Board accepted the report and authorized its distribution.
The Board approved and signed expense and payroll claims.
May/June 2020 expense claims were approved and ordered to be paid in the following amounts: Current Expense-$43,798.69; Road & Bridge-$63,424.99; Ambulance-$3,699.60; District Court-$142.78; Consolidated Elections-$4,279.21; Justice Fund-$33,663.80; Drug Court-$1,837.42; Social Services-$19,272.65; Parks and Recreation-$87.06; Revaluation-$11.48; Enhanced 911-$2,992.09; Solid Waste-$55,519.49; Weeds-$378.91; Waterways-$6,100.23; Insurance & Grants-$652.03; Sex Offender-$280.00; DMV Trust-$10.00; Odyssey Court Trust-$2,855.79. Total expenses for May/June were $239,006.22.
