Clearwater County Assessor Susan Spencer, Lauren Routh, Jenny Hunt and Kim Brown met with the Board of Clearwater County Commissioners to discuss the vacant properties at the Dec. 3 meeting. The Assessors’ office will provide a vacant property form to the homeowners that apply every year to get the vacant property exemption. The Board approved the form for the vacant property exemption.
Clerk Carrie Bird and Alana Curtis, Juvenile Services Director, presented the Annual Juvenile Justice Annual Financial Report for the Juvenile Services. The report was reviewed. The Financial Report is approved and accepted by the Board.
The Board approved by consensus to sign a Certificate of Residency for a student attending a community college.
The Board presented the Resolution to declare excess property. The Board approved and signed Resolution No. 18-12-19.
The Board approved on Cancellation Apportionment of Taxes of $3,202.07.
Cassie Bansemer, Dave Holland and Pam Jones of the Road and Bridge Department reported on the road crew work. Clerk Bird and Bansemer went over the Annual Road and Street Financial Report. The Board approved the Annual Road and Street Financial Report.
Clearwater County Economic Development Director Chris St. Germaine met with the Board to get approval on the Cstop Credit Application. The Board approved and signed the Application.
The Board approved and signed St. Germaine’s letter commenting on the Idaho Fish & Game Fisheries Management and Evaluation Plan.
The Board approved and signed expense and payroll claims.
There were two executive sessions held to discuss indigents and personnel that are exempt from disclosure. Present were Chairman Don Ebert and Commissioner John Smith.
