Clerk Carrie Bird presented for review the Management’s Discussion and Analysis for the FY 2019 audit at the Board of Clearwater County Commissioners meeting Monday, March 2. The fund balances were reviewed. The Board approved the changes and thanked Clerk Bird for her work on the Management’s Discussion and Analysis.

Debbie Haskins, Human Resource (HR) Department, gave an update on her HR Training that took place in Boise last week.
The Board approved Cancellation Apportionment for the amount of $343.72.
The Board approved and signed expense claims.
Payroll claims for the period of Jan. 25, 2020-Feb. 22, 2020 were approved and paid in the following amounts: Current Expense-$80,636.61; Road and Bridge-$32,424.68; Ambulance-$20,853.74; Consolidated Election-$1,449.59; Court-$12,987.27; Justice Sheriff-$72,337.51; Justice Jail-$27,656.55; Justice Prosecuting Attorney-$19,208.04; Drug Court-$2,292.45; Social Services-$3,003.98; Parks & Rec Maintenance-$0; Revaluation-$9, 739.26; E-911-$3,271.33; Solid Waste-$14,574.62; Solid Waste-Timberline-$4, 175.55; Weed Control $2,353.20; Waterways-$3, 751.46 and Disaster-$0. Total payroll expenses were $310,624.84.
There were two executive sessions held to discuss indigents and personnel that are exempt from disclosure.
Present were Chairman Rick Winkel and Commissioner Mike Ryan. Commissioner John Smith was absent.
