The Board of Clearwater County Commissioners approved the motion to adopt the Ambulance Policies that were presented by Ambulance Director Darby Zick at the Oct. 29 meeting.
The Board approved and signed the Idaho Department of Correction Human Resource Agreement between State of Idaho, Department of Correction Idaho Correctional Institution-Orofino and Clearwater County.
Also approved was the motion to pass Resolution No. 18-10-17 declaring a surplus item to be disposed of.
The Board approved and signed the Law Enforcement Contract between Clearwater County, Clearwater County Sheriff and the City of Weippe.
Cassie Bansemer, Dave Holland and Pam Jones of the Clearwater County Road Department reported on the road crew work. The Board approved the purchase of a vehicle lift.
The Board approved and signed expense claims.
Salary claims for the period of 9/23-10/6/2018-10/20/2018 were approved and paid in the following amounts: Current Expense-$79,470.84; Road and Bridge-$35,085.24; Ambulance-$16,930.84; Consolidated Elections-$0; Court-$13,627.81; Justice Sheriff-$69,642.67; Justice Jail-$23,392.30; Justice Prosecuting Attorney-$19,139.61; Drug Court-$2,320.66; Social Services-$3,131.20; Parks & Rec Maintenance-$183.60; Revaluation-$8,770.09; E-911-$0; Solid Waste-$13,137.59; Solid Waste-Timberline-$4,223.17; Weed Control-$2,822.40; Waterways-$3,722.88; Disaster 17-$2,660.59. Total payroll expenses were $298,261.49.
There were three executive sessions held to discuss indigents and personnel that are exempt from disclosure. Present were Chairman Don Ebert and Commissioners John Smith and Rick Winkel.
