The Best Western Plus Lodge At River’s Edge in Orofino was, for the ninth time in a row, recognized with the brand’s highest honor, the M.K. Guertin Award at Best Western® Hotels and Resorts’ 2016 Convention held recently in Phoenix, Arizona. The award was presented in front of approximately 2,500 Best Western hoteliers and staff.

The award is presented to hotels that rank in the top tier of Best Western Hotels in the areas of quality level, guest satisfaction, and dedication to the Best Western Brand.

What makes this even more special is the fact that The Lodge At River’s Edge is one of only 31 hotels out of more than 2,100 Best Western properties in North America to receive this award.

The M.K. Guertin Award

The Orofino Best Western has earned this award for the last nine years. The award is given only to hotels that rank in the “best of the best” based on customer surveys and hotel inspections.

The surveys are unique because they allow each overnight stay guest to give an unbiased review of every aspect of their stay. They also allow the hotel managers to respond personally to every person.

The Lodge’s manager, Tanna Zywina, goes above and beyond by responding personally to each and every survey…and there were over 2000 surveys taken last year.

“The recognition needs to go to our Staff...they have allowed our hotel to be awarded the M.K. Guertin Award every year since the award was created...they are truly amazing. I appreciate the entire team and their dedication to the Lodge!” says Zywina.

For your chance to experience their excellence, call the hotel directly at 208-476-9999 or call Best Western’s 24-hour, toll-free number at 1-800-WESTERN. Reservations are also available through bestwestern.com or by calling the hotel directly at 208-476-9999.
