You have been sued by NAIL AND SONS WELL DRILLING LLC, an Idaho limited liability company, the Plaintiff, in the District Court in and for Clearwater County, Idaho, Case No. CV18-19-0108. The nature of the claim against you is for foreclosure of a mechanic’s and materialmen’s lien on that certain real property situated in Clearwater County, Idaho, more described above, and for other relief requested in the Complaint filed in this matter.
