CITY OF PIERCE PUBLIC SAFETY REGULATIONS FOR ANIMAL CONTROL ORDINANCE

The City of Pierce, Idaho hereby gives notice of the adoption of City of Pierce Ordinance No. 317, amending Pierce City Code Title 6, Chapter 2: Public Safety Regulations for Animal Control; adding definitions; adding provisions for kennel licensing; adding a provision for public nuisance dogs; adding impound facilities; amending penalties for violations; and providing that this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after the date of publication. Penalty full text: 6-2A-25: Penalty: Any person who violated any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an infraction and may be fined in an amount set by the city council, from time to time, by resolution.
