Bid Packages shall consist of subcontractor trade scope packages that will be bid directly to Bateman-Hall, Inc. the CM/GC hired by ITD for this project.
PROJECT SCOPE: Project consists of an 8,433 SF Maintenance Facility that includes three truck bays with trench drains; office, restrooms, and meeting areas; and a truck wash bay. Includes site development, utilities, and other site apparatuses. See contract documents for further scope details, scheduling information and special conditions.
BID PACKAGES Will be as per BID PACKAGE INDEX (Spec Section 000031).
Complete Bidding Documents will be available beginning March 28th, 2023. Plans (on a CD) will be made available at no cost from Bateman-Hall, Inc. at 208-523-2681.
Plans can also be viewed or downloaded on smartbidnet.com. If you do not have a username and password, please send a request by email to bids@bateman-hall.com. Please include the following: Company Name, Contact Person, Phone Number, Fax or E-mail, Company Scope of Work, and States the company works in.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE: Will be held at 10:30am PST/11:30am MST on April 6th, 2023 at the project location of ITD Powell Campus, 112 Lochsa Road, Idaho County, ID. Attendance is highly recommended.

Requests for clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents must be in writing and received no later than April 13th, 2023 at noon. Subcontractors shall be licensed in the State of Idaho in accordance with the provisions of the Idaho Public Works Contractors’ State License Law.
