SUBCONTRACT PACKAGES for: D222170 – D2 POWELL BUILDING REPLACEMENT PHASE 1

Idaho Transportation Department (ITD), Powell Station, Idaho

Bid Packages shall consist of subcontractor trade scope packages that will be bid directly to Bateman-Hall, Inc. the CM/GC hired by ITD for this project.

PROJECT SCOPE: Project consists of an 8,433 SF Maintenance Facility that includes three truck bays with trench drains; office, restrooms, and meeting areas; and a truck wash bay. Includes site development, utilities, and other site apparatuses. See contract documents for further scope details, scheduling information and special conditions.

BID PACKAGES Will be as per BID PACKAGE INDEX (Spec Section 000031).

Complete Bidding Documents will be available beginning March 28th, 2023. Plans (on a CD) will be made available at no cost from Bateman-Hall, Inc. at 208-523-2681.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE: Will be held at 10:30am PST/11:30am MST on April 6th, 2023 at the project location of ITD Powell Campus, 112 Lochsa Road, Idaho County, ID. Attendance is highly recommended.

Requests for clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents must be in writing and received no later than April 13th, 2023 at noon.
