AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PIERCE A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 304 AND SPECIFICIALLY CITY ZONING CODE 9-1-4D SECTION(S) 1 & 2 AMENDING THEM TO READ DIFFERENTLY, IN ADDITION TO THE NEW SECTION(S) LABLED AS 3 & 4.

D. Recreational Vehicles:

1. Residential lots with dwellings- allowing one (1) RV up to fourteen (14) days six (6) non-consecutive times per calendar year, meeting said spacing requirements.

2. Residential vacant lots- based on lot size, up to six (6) RVs are allowed for up to fourteen (14) days six (6) non-consecutive times per calendar year, meeting said spacing requirements.

3. Lots without services-will require special approval from the City Council.

4. Commercial use prohibited

Penalty- Misdemeanor: as per 1-4-1

PASSED under suspension of the rules upon which a roll call vote was taken and duly enacted an ordinance of the City of Pierce, Clearwater County, Idaho at a convened meeting of the Pierce City Council on the 15th day of July, 2019.
