A ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, REPEALING ELK RIVER N0. 212 AND REPLACING IT WITH THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING THAT REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS BE HELD 0N THE SECOND WEDNESDAY OF EACH MONTH AT 9:15 O"CLOCK A.M.; PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT FROM AND AFTER ITS PASSAGE APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION ACCORDING TO LAW.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR A D CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Elk River Ordinance No. 212 be, and the same hereby is repealed.
SECTION 2. Providing that regular meetings of the City Council shall be held in the Elk River City Council Chamber on the second Wednesday of each month at the hour of nine fifteen o'clock (9:15) a.m. If such Wednesday is a legal holiday, the meeting may be held at 9:15 AM on the following Thursday.
SECTION 3. That provisions of any ordinance in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be effective from and after its passage approval and publication according to law.
PASSED by the CITY COUNCIL and APPROVED by the MAYOR this 10th day of May, 2023.
