WHEREAS, Clearwater County is the owner of the following parcels of land, having acquired same by tax deed for the non-payment of taxes; and

WHEREAS, no revenue is being received by the County and the land being no particular use or benefit to the County,

IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED that the following land be offered for sale at public auction to the highest and best bidder on the 29th day of April, 2019, at 10:00 A.M. in the Commissioners’ office, Clearwater County Courthouse, 150 Michigan Avenue, Orofino, Idaho.

Written bids may be mailed to P.O. Box 586, Orofino, ID, or brought to the office by 5:00 P.M. on Friday, April 26, 2019. Envelope must be sealed and marked for the property being bid on. Sealed bids will be opened first. Oral bids can be taken at the time of auction.

The Board of County Commissioners has the discretionary authority to reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
