Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at 6:00 pm, a public hearing will be held before the Clearwater County Planning and Zoning Commission in Courtroom 1 located in the Clearwater County Courthouse, 150 Michigan Avenue, Orofino, Idaho, to consider the below action items:

(SD20230043) A Class S Subdivision request by David Hueth c/o Zaremba Group to divide approximately 2.27 acres into two lots: Lot A 1.20 acres; Lot B 1.07 acres.
