A public hearing pursuant to Idaho Code 63-1311A, will be held for consideration of public comment regarding City Ordinance No. 809 which establishes a new Cost Recovery Fee for the Orofino Fire Department. The Orofino Fire Department shall initiate mitigation rates for the delivery of emergency and non-emergency services by the fire department for personnel, supplies and equipment to the scene of emergency and non-emergency incidents as listed in “EXHIBIT A” of Ordinance No. 809. The mitigation rates shall be based on actual costs of the services and that which is usual, customary and reasonable (UCR) as shown in “EXHIBIT A”, which may include any services, personnel, supplies, and equipment and with baselines established by addendum to this document. The intent is to recover actual from the individual(s) insurance company and not from the individual(s) themselves.
