Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Clearwater County, as governing board, will hold an open public hearing on Monday, September 14, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Office located in the Clearwater County Courthouse, 150 Michigan Avenue, Orofino, Idaho, for the final decision on the following Action Item:

(SD20200067) A Class S Subdivision request by Geoffrey and Joey Schneider to divide approximately 27.65 acres into two lots: Lot A 25.65 acres, Lot B 2.00 acres. This property, zoned F-1 the Low Density Rural District, is located in Section 5, Township 36 North, Range 1 East, at 1557 Bobbitt Bench Rd, a Peck address in Clearwater County, ID. The Clearwater County Planning and Zoning Commission, as recommending board, approved the Class S Subdivision request SD20200067 at their August 19, 2020, open public hearing.

Oral testimony will be received at the open hearing. Speakers may be limited to five minutes and may not relinquish their time.
