Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Clearwater County, as governing board, will hold an open public hearing on Monday, June 14, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Office located in the Clearwater County Courthouse, 150 Michigan Avenue, Orofino, Idaho, for the final decision on the following Action Items:

(BL20210027) A boundary lot line adjustment request by the Bing-Richardson Family Trust to adjust the lot lines of Lot C and Lot D as shown on the recorded plat of Three Mile Retreat Subdivision following the process outlined in CCSO Article II § B: Subdivision. These properties zoned F-2, the Medium Density Rural District, are located in Section 17, Township 35 North, Range 4 East, at 75 Bugling Elk Ln and 79 Bugling Elk Ln, Weippe addresses in Clearwater County, ID. The Clearwater County Planning and Zoning Commission, as recommending board, approved boundary line adjustment request BL20210027 at their May 19, 2021, open public hearing.

(SD20210031) A Class S Subdivision request by Jerry Thiessen to divide approximately 15.29 acres into two lots: Lot A 8.00 acres, Lot B 7.29 acres. This property, zoned F-1 the Low-Density Rural District, is located in Section 31, Township 37 North, Range 1 East, near 33 Magill Spur Rd, a Lenore address in Clearwater County, ID. The Clearwater County Planning and Zoning Commission, as recommending board, approved Class S Subdivision request SD20210031 at their May 19, 2021, open public hearing.

(SD20210032) A Class S Subdivision request by Jerry Thiessen to divide approximately 12.31 acres into two lots: Lot A 5.70 acres, Lot B 6.61 acres. This property, zoned F-1 the Low-Density Rural District, is located in Section 31, Township 37 North, Range 1 East, off of Magill Spur Rd, a Lenore address in Clearwater County, ID. The Clearwater County Planning and Zoning Commission, as recommending board, approved Class S Subdivision request SD20210032 at their May 19, 2021, open public hearing.

Oral testimony will be received at the open hearing. Speakers may be limited to five minutes and may not relinquish their time.
