Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Clearwater County, as governing board, will hold an open public hearing on Tuesday, November 12, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Office located in the Clearwater County Courthouse, 150 Michigan Avenue, Orofino, Idaho, for final decisions on the following Action Items:
(BL20190109) A boundary lot line adjustment request by Scott Mosher and Best Built, LLC, to adjust the lot line of Parcel Identifier RP36N01E032410 and Lot 1 as shown on the recorded plat of Rio Vista Addition following the process outlined in CCSO Article II § B: Subdivision. This property zoned C-2, the General Commercial District, is located in Section 3, Township 36 North, Range 1 East, at and adjacent to 320 130th Street, Orofino addresses in Clearwater County, ID. These properties are located within the Orofino Area of City Impact. The Clearwater County Planning and Zoning Commission, as recommending board, approved the boundary lot line adjustment request BL20190109 at their October 16, 2019, open public hearing.
Oral testimony will be received at the open hearing. Speakers may be limited to five minutes and may not relinquish their time.
