NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Elk River City Council will hold a public hearing at City Hall, 112 South 2nd Street. Elk River. ID. 83827 on Wednesday. August 19, at 9:00 a.m. on zoning classification for an annexation of approximately l4.6 acres. Zoning requested is residential.

GENERAL LOCATION: The property is located adjacent to the south east city limits of Elk River, across the road from the 100 block of Mill Street and adjacent to the east side Whisperwood Lane. It is situated in Clearwater County and described as follows: Lot 1, Block 6 of Elk River Estates, according to the recorded plat thereof recorded on December 1998, as

Instrument No. 179969.
