ICANN needs a building

ICANN no longer has a building. Until they find a new space, bread and pastries are being distributed from Buck Jared's house. The committee is looking for a building that could hold six freezers, have room to distribute food and hold meetings. If anybody has any ideas as to a building give Buck a call at 435-4745. Buck says at the time they lost the space membership in the organization included 196 families with 73 active families from the hilltop. The income guidelines have been dropped so now everyone that desires this service is eligible.

What happened to the Discovery Center sign?

When driving past the Library Monday evening I was surprised to see a blank spot where the Discovery Center sign usually hangs. Library Director, Terri Summerfield relates the sign was removed and found not too far away from its usual spot, but too far away to have just fallen over. If you know anything about this incident, please pass the info on to library personnel at 435-4058. There was some damage to the sign.
