Sign up now for “Christmas for Kids”
The Orofino Rotary Club is once again sponsoring their annual “Christmas for Kids” program. Rotary members will take eligible kids shopping to buy presents for their family members (not for themselves). The program is aimed at families that could use some help at Christmas time.
Kids from 6 to 12 years old are eligible and parents can sign up their kids at the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare Office or the Community Action Partnership. The deadline for signups is Dec. 9.
The Orofino Rotary Club raises money for this and other community service programs through a variety of fund raisers including the Rotary Food Booth at the Clearwater County Fair/Lumberjack Days. Thanks to all who patronize these Rotary fundraisers.
