Former governor Cecil Andrus to be honored at banquet Nov. 14
The first annual Ceceil D. Andrus banquet will be held Saturday. Nov. 14 at the Red Lion Hotel in Lewiston. Speakers will include U.S. Representative Walt Minnick, former U.S. Representative Larry LaRocco and political leaders from Nez Perce and Clearwater Counties, where Governor Andrus served as Idaho State Senator before being elected to serve four times as Governor and serving as U.S. Secretary of the Interior.
