Fall steelhead fishing is very
good right now. Anglers are doing well using brad's lighted squigglers at night
and hot lip lures or mag warts during the day. Bobbers with ducktail jigs and
shrimp is another good set up.
The total count to date over
Lower Granite Dam as of September 22 is 89,723 fish. The last five year average
is 58,089 fish. Steelhead fishing opened Aug. 1 in the
