paperwork at the counter to answer a customer’s question.
He is familiar with the
inventory and always knows where it is located in the store and helps the
customer find the best product for the job.

recognize a customer service person that you feel is outstanding at their job.
Callers may say why they
choose this person and give a brief description, including the name of the
business where the individual works.
