Scheduled power outage Friday, July 18

Avista Utilities is scheduling a shutdown on the 115 kV Jaype to Orofino transmission line for Friday, July 18 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. The towns that will be out of power are Pierce, Weippe, Jaype and Headquarters.
The outage is for three hours only. Avista will have four crews in the area repairing and replacing poles as quickly as possible to keep the outage as short as possible.
Clearwater Power customers will also be affected by this outage in the Weippe, Fraser, Lolo Creek and Greer Grade areas. Please call Clearwater Power Co. at 1-888-743-1501 with any questions.
