A Tribune Glimpse of the Past...

This photo was taken at the Rainbow Inn in Ahsahka, once located across and up the street from where the Woodlot is now. Joe and Rita Pollock are seated on the left side in front. The rest have only been identified as a gathering of the local bartenders. Regrettably, the date is also a mystery.

Lorna (Dodge) Toy, Burien, WA, called the Clearwater Tribune to identify her grandpa in this photo. She identified the man seated in the back of the photo as her grandfather, Tom Walker. Lorna said he was at one time a County Commissioner. She was unsure of the date of the photo. Tom died Nov. 17, 1969 and is buried at Riverside Cemetery.
