The Heritage Museum sold much of the donated items last Saturday, however there a few things left. Lorna and Doris will be at the museum Wednesdays from 10 to 2 and will sell the remaining items. The barbeque was popular, more people seemed interested in eating than shopping. Museum staff are pleased with the community response. They have recently received a grant, with this and the sale, they are on the way to a new roof. More fundraisers will be coming up to finish the job.

Lori and Mike McMillen journeyed out to Camp 61 with Lori’s mom and dad, Les and Clairene Heywood to visit Mike’s uncle, Glenn and Millie Rush of Lewiston and cousin Glenda and Barry Gustin. Relatives Jamie and Jim Bloom of Olympia, WA also came. Lori says it was a mini reunion of sorts. There was the usual round of eating, fishing and chat.

Chelsey Kershisnik had knee surgery last week. She is recuperating at home, with grandparents Kershiknik helping.
