This load of logs was used for the new bridge at Belle St. Crossing in Peck, circa 1960. C.J. “Pink” Greene hauled the logs, which were harvested from the upper end of Big Canyon Creek. The bridge went down the creek in the flood of January 1965. Submitted by Ben Greene.
