Narcotic search warrants result in arrests

A pipe recovered during one of the searches.   Detective Becky Drewery reports that on June 21 Clearwater County Sheriff’s deputies served a search warrant in Weippe for illegal drugs and illegal drug paraphernalia at the home and vehicle of Dawn Moler. As a result, two subjects were arrested and two were cited. All subjects live in Weippe.

   Items seized included numerous pipes, a digital scale, and what appeared to be methamphetamine and marijuana.

   Moler, 46, was charged with delivery of methamphetamine, delivery of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of illegal drug paraphernalia, and possession of methamphetamine.

   Jasmine Proctor, 23, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of illegal drug paraphernalia.

   Danielle Downing, 39, was cited for possession of illegal drug paraphernalia and frequenting a place where illegal drugs are used and her twin sister Michelle Downing was cited for frequenting a place where illegal drugs are used.

   Moler and Proctor are scheduled for a preliminary hearing on June 30 in magistrate court in 2nd Judicial District Court. 

   On June 22 Clearwater County Sheriff’s deputies served a search warrant for illegal drugs at the residence of Darrick and Nicki Grim at 12117 ½ Indio Avenue in Orofino. OrofPolice Department assisted in the execution of the warrant.

   Darrick Grim, 36, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing on July 7. Nicki Grim, 24, was cited for possession of marijuana and illegal drug paraphernalia.

   On June 25 Danielle Downing and Michelle Downing were arrested on Clearwater County warrants for one count of possession of methamphetamine. They are scheduled for preliminary hearings on July 6.
