Where have all our children gone?

   This week’s Mystery Children were both 12 year Orofino High School graduates. Both work hard and play hard. He “lights up” your life when the power goes off. She is employed at Clearwater Valley Hospital.

   Can you guess this week’s Mystery Children?

      Last week’s Mystery Child was Zella Jordan Shriver.

   Zella was born in Weippe, but attended Orofino School. She is the daughter of Zan and Ethel Jordan who built, owned and operated Zan’s (Zan’s beach) along Hwy. 12, east of Orofino. Her brother was “Red” Jordan. Both Zan and Red were barbers in town.

   The first person to call and correctly identify last week’s Mystery Child was Ryan McGolrick.  Others to call or write in with correct guesses were: Everett Martin, Shirley Lutes, Joann Custer, Sharon Miles, Donna Mullikin, Bev Latham, Jo McGill, Ione Wilson, Kay Bonner Glenn Erickson, Marj Hardman and Sandra Kelso.
