Classes 1953-1957 attendance at a reunion over the weekend of
A welcome break in the
weather allowed the reunion attendees to meet at the
On Saturday, a banquet was
held at Best Western Lodge at River’s Edge, catered by Dining on The Edge. The
program coordinated by Merle Loseth included speakers from each class and a
report on the recent closing of the school building which housed grades 1-12
during the mid fifties, when these classes were in high school.
Also reviewed was the
activity on the Levon Chase/O.H.S. Alumni Scholarship Fund,
Woody Bausch, photographer
for the evening and OHS Alumni and former music instructor at Pierce/Weippe
plans to donate a portion of his fees toward the scholarship fund and challenges
others in attendance contribute also.
